Without Faith

Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Faith can easily be defined as believing in something that you can’t see. The Bible tells us that without faith it is impossible to please God. If you think about it, everything we do for the Lord requires faith. We must believe that God exists. If we didn’t, there would be no purpose for having church, soul-winning, Sunday school classes, etc.

The more faith we have though, the more that we can please God. The more seeds that we plant, the more seeds God has to bless. The more faith we have that leads to hard work, the more work that God has to bless. Romans 14:23 even says, “For whatsoever is not of faith is sin.” So the question today is this. How is our faith? Do we have as much faith as we should? The answer to that should be no. We always have room to increase our faith. Let us working on our faith today. Let us work on believing and trusting God more. With more faith, we will be able to please God more.
