Before They Call, I Will Answer

Isaiah 65:24, “And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.”

It is so good to know that we have a God that hears us. Not only that, but the Bible says that He will even begin to answer before we call. God knows everything about us. God knows more about us than we know about ourselves. He knows our thoughts, and He knows our needs.

Some will ask why God just doesn’t meet all our needs if He knows them. The answer to this is quite simple. God wants us to realize that we need Him. If God continued to meet our every need without us ever asking for it, we would never realize how much we need God.

However, how great it is to know that God wants to meet our needs! He anxiously awaits our cry to Him to ask for His help. Let us thank God today for hearing our prayers. Let us not get to the point where we think that we do not need God in our lives. God wants to help us. He just wants us to ask.
