Ten Times Better

Daniel 1:20, “And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.”

There is no challenge today, but I wanted to take a moment to just brag on the Lord. He truly is so good! This post doesn’t come from just one thing that has happened. It comes from the many blessings that God has given to me in my life.

If I would have chosen my own path with my life, I can almost guarantee that I would not be where I am today. Thankfully, I did not choose that path; I chose God’s path. Just like in the verse above, choosing God’s way turned out to be ten times better (at least) than any alternative choice.

This past week, I have just felt more blessed than ever before in my life, and it has nothing to do with who I am or what I do. It has everything to do with Who God is. I hope your day is as blessed as mine is.
