Isaiah 52:7, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!”
The subject of this post is feet. You’re probably thinking, “Feet? What do you mean?” The Bible says that those who bring good tidings have beautiful feet. As Christians, we have good tidings to bring. We have the Gospel of Christ that we can share with others. How selfish it would be of us to take the Gospel for ourselves, but not share it with others. It is our responsibility to tell others.
When God looks at me, I want Him to be pleased. I want Him to look and say I have beautiful feet because I brought and shared good tidings to others. How do our feet look in the eyes of the Lord? Are they beautiful or is there nothing special about them? Are we doing our part to spread the good news of Jesus Christ or have we become selfish with the Gospel? Let us purpose to tell others about Christ, so they too can learn of Salvation and eternal life. Let us strive to have beautiful feet.
